How long does the shipment take to arrive?

We ship to Italy in 48 hours. All our products are ready in stock and are prepared the same day the order is received.

In Europe usually 5-12 days depending on destination.

In the rest of the world, except for customs restrictions, in 12-15 days

Do you accept returns?

Yes of course, we accept Returns within 28 days from the date of purchase of the Product. You will only have to send an email to info@ocbeauty.it and explain the reason for your return. Important: the packaging as well as the Product Bottle must be intact and never used.

Once the return is accepted, you will not have to print anything. You will only need to put the Product back inside the shipping bag and the courier who comes to collect your package will take care of the rest.

How to apply micellar water?

You can apply it with a cotton pad or a cotton cloth.

Does Micellar Water Need to Be Rinsed Out?

Generally all micellar waters require a final rinse. Ours, however, contains among the various ingredients high molecular weight hyaluronic acid, and does not require a mandatory final rinse.

Can I use Micellar Water every day?

Yes, it can be used morning and evening, every day, both as a cleanser and as a make-up remover.

Should it be used alone or can it be part of a double cleanse?

You can use it alone or as a second step for double cleansing, after using the dry oil. In both cases, your skin will be perfectly cleansed.

Can I use Micellar Water during pregnancy?

Yes, there are no contraindications.

Can I use just the mousse as the only cleansing step?

Absolutely yes, if you are not a fan of double cleansing, you can use the product alone, obtaining maximum results.

Will my skin feel tight after using the Mousse?

Certainly not; this mousse has been tested like all our products on sensitive skin, guaranteeing total respect for the PH of our skin.

Can I use Mousse and Micellar Water for double cleansing?

NO, remember that to perform double cleansing the first product to use is always and only dry oil, so the mousse will be the next step. The use of Mousse and Micellar Water together are not recommended.

Can I use the Mousse even if I have particularly sensitive skin?

Yes, because all our tests are performed on sensitive and delicate skin.

Can I use Micellar Water during pregnancy?

Yes, there are no contraindications.

FAQ FACIAL CLEANSING OIL

Can I use the Oil as the only facial cleanser?

Whether you want to use it as a makeup remover or as a simple cleanser, you can use it alone. In that case we recommend removing it with the sponge (which must be wet) that you will receive for free.

Will my skin be greasy after using the oil?

Certainly NOT, because ours is a dry oil that will hydrate and make your skin silky, without leaving it greasy in the slightest.

If I have oily skin, can I use cleansing oil?

Even oily or combination skin is indicated for the use of this product, for the concept that oil binds with oil. We recommend, in that case, a double cleansing followed by Mousse or Micellar Water.

Can I use it every day?

Yes, you can use it morning and evening, as a simple cleanser and make-up remover.
