NMF Specification and Hydrolipidic Film

The hydrolipidic film is an invisible barrier that covers our skin in its outermost layer (the stratum corneum) and is made up of lipids and water.

The water part of this barrier is called NMF which stands for natural moisturizing factor.

Its function is to retain water, ensuring the skin is adequately hydrated.

The hydrolipidic film, in addition to regulating water loss, acts as a protector from external attacks to which our skin is constantly subjected.

And it is also the basis of a correct pH (acid) of our skin which, thanks to its acidity, will limit skin infections.

Our products have all been tested on sensitive skin, so respect for the pH and hydrolipidic barrier is 100% guaranteed.
